Sales Director – ATS (ATM Managed Service)
We’re entering an exciting new phase of growth and are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead the ATM Managed Services (AMS) offering within the NoteMachine business at Brinks. This is a high‑impact leadership role with genuine scope to shape commercial strategy, accelerate growth, and significantly elevate NoteMachine’s presence and performance in the ATM managed services market.
You’ll be a proven, commercially driven sales leader with experience operating in large, complex organisations—comfortable leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and setting a clear direction. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on momentum, enjoys building energy around a vision, and is motivated by driving performance across the full sales organisation.

The Role
Drive new revenue by identifying, securing, and closing medium and large client opportunities, owning the full sales lifecycle end‑to‑end.
Build and manage a strong, high‑value sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding new business targets.
Represent the business in client meetings, pitches, and relevant industry events.
Manage and grow two Financial Institution key accounts, maximising value through structured upsell and cross‑sell activity.
Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long‑term partnership.
Act as deputy to the Head of Sales, providing leadership cover, commercial input, and team support.
Coach and mentor sales colleagues, sharing best practice to improve capability and performance.
Support sales strategy execution through accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and strong sales performance within complex or large‑scale organisations.
Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including new product launches and market entry initiatives.
Strong background in sales leadership and management, with the ability to motivate teams and drive sustained performance.
