Support product lifecycle for Brink's Digital Retail Solutions in Greece & Cyprus: gather customer insights, contribute to product strategy and roadmap, assist pricing and proposals, enable sales with training/materials, and support stakeholder alignment and market analysis.

The Balance Processor is responsible for data entry, verifying balances in satellite vaults, and maintaining record keeping of coin transactions.

As an Armed Transport Guard, you'll transport cash and valuables, service ATMs, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Operate armored delivery vehicles to transport cash and valuables between client locations and banks. Protect team members, vehicles, and assets; maintain ATM services; accurately reconcile deposits and receipts; follow firearms and security protocols; pass background checks, drug screening, and training; deliver professional customer service.

Lead global marketing strategy and go‑to‑market for Brink's ATM Managed Services. Define positioning, demand generation, product/solution messaging, competitive intelligence, and commercial enablement. Partner with sales, product, and operations to drive pipeline, support large global pursuits, and ensure consistent regional execution across a matrixed organization.

Supervise outside operations at a branch (ARM/ATM/CIT, Vault, Safe & Key, Brinks Safe Products). Manage routes and vault operations, enforce security and safety, handle staffing, union relations, scheduling, payroll, inventory, customer SLAs, fleet maintenance, incident investigations, and process improvements to maximize profitability and service.

Perform daily data entry and verification of coin and cash transactions using PC Coin, iTrack, CIMS, and FED systems; balance satellite vaults; handle billing, recordkeeping, monthly coin balance reporting, and customer balance verifications while safeguarding assets and liability.

Manage ATM operational support and branch relationships including responding to customer/manufacturer inquiries, maintaining ATM database, coordinating emergency cash access, investigating reconciliation issues, distributing procedures and training field staff, producing monthly account reports, and guarding assets.

Lead all commercial activities across the Baltics to drive profitable revenue growth for Digital Retail Solutions and ATM services. Own sales pipeline, pricing, contract negotiations, forecasting and CRM discipline. Collaborate with Operations, Finance and global product teams, strengthen customer partnerships, expand market presence, hit commercial KPIs, and build and mentor a high-performing sales organization.

Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HRBPs, TA, and business leaders. Lead market pricing, job evaluation, pay decisions, salary structure maintenance, annual review support, and compensation consulting for global organizational changes and regulatory initiatives.

Manage governance, administration, and execution of global compensation processes: annual compensation review cycles, incentive administration and reconciliation, Workday compensation functionality, data integrity, reporting and dashboards, vendor and cross-functional partnerships, policy maintenance, KPI tracking, and process improvements to ensure global consistency and compliance.

Lead end-to-end strategic customer deployments for Digital Retail Solutions: qualify opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage integrations, ensure deployment readiness, drive go-lives and stabilization, establish governance, report to executives, and improve deployment methodologies and operational handoffs.

Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence across countries by identifying and executing cost-saving Kaizen projects (VSM, standardized work), building capability through training and mentoring, improving operations management systems, and engaging senior stakeholders to sustain performance and change.

Lead ATM managed services business development across Northern Europe by identifying, qualifying, and closing ATM outsourcing deals with financial institutions. Build commercial cases, deliver proposals, partner with product, legal, finance, and operations, and support IAD growth. Drive revenue, pipeline, profitable agreements, customer satisfaction, and market expansion while adapting solutions to local markets.

Operate armored vehicle to transport cash and valuables between client locations and ATMs, safeguard team and assets, maintain ATM services, reconcile deposits, follow firearms and security protocols, and provide customer service while passing required background checks and training.

Operate armored pickup (LLV) to transport cash and valuables between clients and banks, safeguard team/vehicle/assets, service ATMs, follow firearms and high-value handling protocols, reconcile deposits/receipts, maintain safety and customer service, and complete required training and screenings.

Lead and coordinate Digital Retail Solutions projects across European markets: plan and execute product launches, manage scope, risks, vendors, budgets, governance, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch stabilization to deliver business outcomes.

Lead enterprise integration planning and execution, establish IMO governance, drive cross-functional execution and synergy tracking, manage risks and dependencies, build IMO tools and playbooks, and partner with senior leaders to ensure Day 1/Day 100 priorities and integration outcomes.

Lead enterprise Lean transformation by developing and executing Lean strategy and roadmaps, facilitating Kaizen and VSM events, coaching leaders, standardizing scalable processes, delivering training, and driving cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, service, and KPI performance across multi-site operations.

Coordinate ATM operations and field support: respond to customer/branch inquiries, maintain ATM database, investigate reconciliation issues, prepare monthly account reports, distribute procedures to field personnel, ensure emergency cash access, and perform dispatch and guard-related duties.
