Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize lead flow, ensuring timely validation, consistent follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.

  • Engage proactively with prospective client calls, messages, and other channels, maintaining quick response times.

  • Maintain strong responsiveness and availability to effectively support the sales pipeline.

  • Provide end-to-end operational support to the sales team, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.

  • Streamline day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and zero process gaps.

  • Track and execute all follow-ups, reminders, and scheduled interactions without delays or misses.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preference for candidates with experience in sales operations, or business development.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and follow up effectively.

  • Highly proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high-volume lead pipelines.

  • Comfortable being available and responsive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and follow-ups.
