We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of our strategic partner to drive the early stage of their sales pipeline. This role is pivotal to our partner’s growth: You will be responsible for selling solutions, generating new business opportunities, and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound calling (150–200 calls per day), targeted email campaigns, and social media outreach. The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of hands-on SDR or inside sales experience in fast-paced environments, paired with a proven track record in meeting (and exceeding) lead-gen targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Prospecting & SellingHigh-Volume Calling: Use an automated dialer to make 150–200 outbound calls daily, introducing our partner’s offerings to prospective customers.
Selling & Positioning: Clearly communicate the value propositions of our partner’s products or services, addressing pain points and matching solutions to prospects’ needs.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and social interactions to engage leads from various angles.
Qualify Prospects: Identify decision-makers, understand business challenges, and gauge potential fit for our partner’s solutions.
Discovery Calls: Conduct concise, high-level discovery to assess prospect needs and ensure alignment with our partner’s offerings.
Scheduling Demos & Meetings: Transition qualified leads to Account Executives or senior sales reps to continue the sales cycle.
CRM Management: Record prospect interactions and qualification details in the CRM, keeping all data accurate and updated.
Nurture & Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with unresponsive or longer-term leads, ensuring the pipeline remains active.
Collaboration: Provide timely updates to AEs on lead quality, next steps, and any relevant market feedback to help close deals.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on daily activities (call volume, email sends, appointments booked, conversion rates) to leadership.
Market Insights: Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and value propositions.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching to sharpen your selling and qualification skills.
3+ Years of SDR/Inside Sales Experience
Proven track record in a high-volume, outbound environment with a demonstrated ability to sell products or services.
Strong Communication & Selling Skills
Excellent verbal skills for phone-based interactions and polished written communication for emails and social media.
Technical Proficiency
Comfort with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automated dialers to manage prospect data and call flows.
