Join Fintech in Tampa, FL as a Sales Development Representative!
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline. Essential Functions:Prospecting & Outreach- Identify and research potential customers within target markets.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Engage with inbound leads to assess fit and interest.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Prompt response to inbound lead flow to convert interested contacts into a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads with detailed notes and context.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to Product and Sales teams on customer pain points and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales cycles.
- Knowledge of sales enablement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features.
- Track record of exceeding lead generation or meeting quotas.
