Designs, builds, and maintains enterprise data APIs using .NET; architects scalable API and database solutions; integrates MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, and Kafka; documents APIs with OpenAPI; supports API catalog and developer portal initiatives; advances AI-assisted development; troubleshoots production systems with Grafana; remediates vulnerabilities using SAST, DAST, and OWASP practices; and coordinates requirements, estimates, and delivery planning across teams.

Design and build end-to-end data pipelines and integrations on Databricks, implement medallion architectures, develop streaming and NiFi pipelines, integrate purpose-built stores, operationalize ML/MLOps (training, deployment, monitoring), and explore LLM/RAG generative AI solutions while enforcing data governance, security, and performance for large-scale analytics.

Supports analytics and data platform initiatives through simple data transformations, reports, data pipelines, data validation, and documentation. Collaborates with engineers and analysts to improve data quality and enable reliable, scalable data solutions. Requires basic SQL and Python, introductory Azure Data Lake and Databricks knowledge, basic visualization skills, and an understanding of financial data and transaction processing.

Provides organization-wide technical support for computer systems, software, hardware, user accounts, email, and connectivity. Responsibilities include managing ticketed requests according to SLAs, deploying IT equipment, maintaining hardware and software inventory, documenting processes, communicating with technical and non-technical users, escalating issues, and reporting support activity. The role also contributes to assigned projects and cross-functional meetings.

Lead design and implementation of security architectures, drive incident response and risk management, manage SOC1/2 compliance and third-party risk requests, mentor engineers, integrate AI tools to improve security operations, and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives.

Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipeline, conduct demos and presentations, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, and provide market feedback. Responsible for meeting quarterly and annual new customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Partner with distributor strategy and support teams to onboard distributors, analyze customer lists, measure distributor ROI, track initiatives, support account managers, and produce Power BI visualizations and reports to drive retailer adoption.
