Provide senior-level, multi-state HR leadership for Western U.S. operations: ensure employment law compliance, advise on employee relations, leaves, accommodations, wage-and-hour and pay practices, translate legal requirements into HR policies and processes, partner with HR, payroll, legal and business leaders, and maintain scalable multi-state HR programs and federal compliance.

Partner with distributor strategy and support teams to onboard distributors, analyze customer lists, measure distributor ROI, track initiatives, support account managers, and produce Power BI visualizations and reports to drive retailer adoption.

Design and build end-to-end data pipelines and integrations on Databricks, implement medallion architectures, develop streaming and NiFi pipelines, integrate purpose-built stores, operationalize ML/MLOps (training, deployment, monitoring), and explore LLM/RAG generative AI solutions while enforcing data governance, security, and performance for large-scale analytics.

Provide technical support for systems and hardware, manage requests through a ticketing system, and assist with user accounts and inventory management.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and enablement for distributor partners: manage integrations, training, compliance, invoice processing, and handoffs. Build onboarding workflows, SOPs, metrics, and resolve escalations while partnering cross-functionally to drive distributor readiness and long-term success.

Lead the enterprise data governance program: facilitate Data Governance Council, implement DAMA-aligned frameworks, define policies and stewardship models, enable metadata and lineage practices across Databricks/Kafka/cloud platforms, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive adoption through training and continuous improvement.

Sell and upgrade subscription-based payments and analytics solutions to SMB retailers. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals using Salesforce. Manage pipeline, process service agreements, maintain client relationships, and participate in weekly sales cadence and reporting.
