As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with current and potential customers
- Identifying and understanding potential customers needs and sales opportunities
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Working with Rapyd back office tools and Rapyd CRM systems
- Working with Rapyd Compliance Operations and Support teams
Requirements
- Previous experience of B2B technology Sales, Sales Development or Inside Sales experience
- Background in business development and/or technical solutions
- Knowledge of payment solutions, preferred
- Self-starter with proven success in outbound communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example
- Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to senior and director level executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written Icelandic and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, product and engineering.
