OUR WORK MODEL 
Office-Based: This is an office-based role. During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office five days a week. Once you have successfully ramped up, you will have the option to work in the office four days per week. 

YOUR ROLE 
As a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact between Cognism and potential customers in the French-speaking market. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, competitive, and eager to build a successful career in sales. 

Cognism France is a small, friendly and fast-growing team that have consistently overachieved targets, whilst having a great start-up-like culture and supportive team spirit amongst the impressive individuals within the team. 

Our French office was founded by Ben Mouquet and Piers Moss in 2023, and have since grown the French team from 0 to 25 employees. Ben and Piers will train and upskill you to become a top-performing salesperson with an impressive skill-set, and a strong mindset that will help you thrive in any environment. 

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES 

Master Outbound Prospecting – Conduct high-volume outbound activities, including cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn (in French and English) to generate new business opportunities. 
Drive Pipeline Growth in French-speaking Markets – Engage with inbound leads in French to quickly qualify and identify sales opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. 
Understand the Customer – Develop a deep knowledge of our ideal customer profile to assess prospect fit and tailor outreach effectively to French-speaking prospects. 
Exceed Your Targets – Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas, driving Cognism’s revenue growth. 
Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – Stay agile and proactive, quickly adapting to new tools, strategies, processes, and market trends. 
Collaborate & Share Insights – Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and share feedback from the French-speaking market. 

OUR EXPECTATIONS 
Fluency in French (C1) & English (B2) – You can communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, with French-speaking prospects.

Professional Experience – Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential.

Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
