What You'll Be Doing:
Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations to build a solid pipeline.
Engaging with Prospects – Use phone, email, and social media to connect with leads, personalize messaging, and create meaningful interactions.
Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and provide insights on market trends and customer pain points.

What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the software industry
Proven ability to exceed targets and quotas
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Resilient, action-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Fluency in English and German is required, both written and verbal
