Genetec is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Pre-sales Analyst to work on enabling our sales and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline. We are looking for an SDR/Pre-sales Analyst who has a solid understanding of leads management and is motivated and driven to increase sales.
You are a talented and energetic individual who is motivated and driven. Success requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
You are responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for our sales and Business Development teams. This role focuses on creating new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest, fully understanding scope of projects, and identifying critical decision makers.
What your day will look like:
- Become highly proficient using Lead Generation and other tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to extract contacts, create accurate and targeted lists of prospects, communicate with internal teams, register project information, and allocate opportunities
- Follow prospecting plans and best practices to execute engagement strategies utilizing email, phone, and social touches
- Acquire sufficient knowledge and being able to manage conversations with all the levels in a company (from entry to C levels), and other stakeholders in target accounts with the goal of understanding if the company’s profile and need may be addressed by any of our solutions
- Assist Account Executives by moving along qualified leads through the sales cycle
- Manage inbound leads with a prioritization strategy
- Present Genetec to leads: give an overview on our solutions, provide marketing materials to make sure the leads understand what Genetec is able to offer
- Be in intensive contact with the regional marketing team in order to give insights about lead profiles, campaign and event opportunities
- Follow up with internal teams regarding qualifications
- Cleanup database, complete performance reports and create dashboards
More about you:
- Speak Portuguese, Spanish and English (at least B2) – be able to confidently make presentations in each mentioned language
- An ability to excel in high-stress, operationally complex, fast-paced, or customer-facing work environments
- Strong conversational communication skills, with a high degree of curiosity and empathy, and strong listening skills
