Validate functionality, stability, usability, compatibility, integrations, APIs, and security. Develop automation frameworks, provision test environments, integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines, and investigate, document, and track defects with development teams.

Own sales performance and territory development across Poland and the Adriatic region. Identify and pursue new business, build pipeline, conduct customer meetings, manage forecasts and quotas, develop relationships with end users, integrators, consultants, and partners, prepare proposals and quotes, maintain CRM data, and stay informed about Genetec solutions, market conditions, and competitors. The role requires Polish and English fluency and travel up to 60%.

Build and maintain scalable cloud-based full-stack solutions using Golang, React, ASP.NET, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker. Design intuitive user experiences, contribute to technical conception and documentation, analyze complex problems, participate in Kanban processes, conduct code reviews, and uphold quality practices including source management and unit testing. Collaborate with developers, customers, and stakeholders in an international environment.

Serves as the technical point of contact for customers and sales teams in Qatar. Defines security solutions, delivers product demonstrations, supports sales responses, implements complex software solutions, and coordinates pre-sales to post-sales transitions.
