About the Role
The SDR Team is the backbone of Glassdoor’s revenue growth. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage with leads built by Glassdoor’s marketing efforts, qualify new business opportunities for the sales team, and ultimately drive new customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate is passionate, driven, entrepreneurial, and strives for excellence in every customer interaction. Successful SDRs will be considered for advancement to higher-level sales positions within the department.
What You’ll Do
- Calling and email marketing-generated inbound leads
- Source new sales opportunities for the sales team
- Conduct account-based research to personalize outreach
- Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers about the value of Glassdoor’s products
- Partner effectively with Mid-Market Sales counterparts to strategically identify potential accounts
- Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and revenue generation
- Provide weekly accurate forecasts to department leadership
- Leverage sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Demonstrate clear understanding of Glassdoor’s sales processes
What You’ll Bring

- Salesforce and G-suite experience a plus!

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range*: $37,300 - $59,500
OTE Range: $53,300 - $85,000
*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Please note this role is hourly, non-exempt. Commissions are paid out monthly.
