The Role

You are a Sales Development Representative with drive, energy, and a capability for sparking conversations with prospects. You will play a critical role in our sales team by prospecting, discovering, and expanding business opportunities. You will identify the right prospects, qualify them, help nurture long-term relationships, and convert them into real opportunities. We expect you to have the drive to achieve ambitious goals, and yet work with the team to streamline operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to build a pipeline for strategic and mid market accounts 
  • Identify key contacts for target accounts, and firmly build the foundations for sales engagement
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
  • Add value by providing the right content for each opportunity, ie. case studies, screencasts, presentations, event invitations
  • Manage, track and report sales activities and results using Salesforce
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly performance metrics

What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years experience in lead generation, outbound/inbound prospecting, or sales
  • Previous remote working experience in lead generation or sales
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Impeccable work ethic and dedication towards prospects/customers
  • Strong alignment with company values

Even better if you offer

  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesloft
  • Tech-savvy and/or previous experience with web and mobile development projects
  • Formal SaaS lead generation training at an extremely competitive sales environment
  • Experience in digital industries (communities, live-streaming, on-demand, e-commerce, gaming, etc)

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 OTE. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
