Job Description
As we expand our footprint in the Business information market, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth on the French Market.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities. Working closely with the Lead Generation Manager and the French sales team, the SDR will be crucial in driving the early stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Qualification:
- Quickly respond to and qualify marketing generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand and analyze potential clients' needs, aligning them with our solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Outbound Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
- Research and map out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement with new prospects
- Clearly communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Pipeline Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 year-experience in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on upper mid-market or enterprise clients. Experience in SaaS business is a plus.
- Strong commitment to relationship-building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
- Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement or prospecting applications (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
The position is based in France and focuses exclusively on the French market. Proficiency in English is required for effective internal communication with the Group.
