Sales Development Representative

This is an opportunity to join one of the most advanced and fastest growing tech companies in the logistics and supply chain space. Having secured $17 million in venture funding in Q3 2023, we are in growth mode to support our expanding customer and product base. In the last year alone, we've seen our revenue stream,  customer base, and digital activity grow by 5x! This newly created position will be an integral part of our Sales team as we embark on the next phase of our growth.

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for the Account Executive (AE) team. SDRs investigate potential customers, identify critical decision-makers, create an outreach plan, pitch Parade, qualify active buying interest, and set a meeting between the prospect and the AE team.  Our sales team is made for self-starters who hustle and adapt.  Join our driven team as we disrupt the outdated logistics model through the use of AI to deliver proven improvements to team success and revenue.


  • Build a qualified pipeline to generate sales opportunities
  • Manage Target Account List to build awareness, educate and book qualified leads
  • Contact potential prospects via phone calls and email  
  • Deeply understand the Parade value proposition
  • Work closely with greater sales team to refine approach and strategy
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (calls, active account list, meetings, accepted leads)

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma 
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for sales 
  • 1+ years working in an outbound sales role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within sales or a call-centric environment, ideally within B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, and/or Excel
  • A self-starter mentality or experience working in a start-up 
  • The ability to organize high amounts of data into a succinct fashion

The expected base compensation for this role is $55,000 with an on target expectation between $70,000-$90,000 for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience level, transferrable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
