Your Impact
You will play a vital role in expanding Cisco’s customer base by developing a strong pipeline of qualified leads within your assigned territory. Your engagement with potential customers and partners through multiple virtual channels will help identify and qualify opportunities, directly supporting the account team’s success and contributing to Cisco’s overall growth.
You will plan and execute inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns across your territory using various channels such as phone, email, and social media to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. By analyzing prospect industries, company size, products, and needs, you will effectively qualify leads and conduct initial outreach using established scripts to introduce Cisco’s products and services. You will implement targeted outreach strategies, maintain a pipeline within specific customer segments, and accurately document information in the CRM system to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will perform needs assessments to align Cisco solutions with customer objectives, ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to account teams, and follow up to build trust. Leveraging CRM data and collaborating with peers, you will optimize lead prioritization and refine lead generation strategies while adhering to escalation frameworks to maximize efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with no required experience
- 4+ years of related experience in a support role
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry

- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
