We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a "ground-floor" opportunity for a fresh graduate to help us scale a platform that is fundamentally changing how American factories compete on the global stage.
The Role: What You’ll Do
We have very extensive marketing campaigns already in place with lead pipeline ready to be utilized. As our first point of direct contact with potential customers, you will be the engine of our growth. You will be a consultant helping factory owners and operations leaders realize there is a better way to run their shop floor.
Outbound Strategy: Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, Hubspot and a lot of cold calls) to engage key customer personas like CEOs, COOs, and Plant Managers.
Consultative Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand factory pain points and articulate how FactoryTwin provides clarity.
Pipeline Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Digital Marketing Manager at FactoryTwin to schedule high-quality demos and ensure a seamless handoff.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent FactoryTwin at industry events and through social selling.
Who You Are:
A Recent Grad with Grit: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Curious & Analytical: Interested in how things are made and how data can make manufacturing better, faster, cheaper.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can help build the sales playbook.
