Sales Development Representative is responsible for outbound calls and sales cadences to targets throughout the Enterprise. The goal is to drive new business, new revenue, and create qualified opportunities for the Direct Sales Representative team as needed. Execute any other outbound initiatives as determined by Outside Sales leadership.RESPONSIBILITIES
Calling and emailing prospects to meet sales goals as defined by Outside Sales leadership.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Leading Indicators as defined by Outside Sales leadership.
Answer inbound calls driven by Marketing campaigns and voicemails.
Attend and participate in sales coaching and training sessions as required.
Provide accurate sales reports as required to ensure continued customer penetration/sales growth via the use of Enterprise CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience. Industry related background a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Above average sales ability. Familiarity with Access Point, CRM, and other Enterprise Software.
Obtain NC/SC Security License and Yellow Belt Training
Must be highly organized and self-motivated
