Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling sales activities for specific accounts in your assigned area. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to customers, managing orders, and keeping track of sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our Hybrid Work Program:

To create vibrancy and foster collaboration, while providing for hours spent working from home, we have implemented a hybrid work schedule. We work from the office in Poway on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Fridays are spent working from home. Team members can always work more hours in the office, if they choose.

Essential Functions:

Account Management: 

60% Maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers.

New Business: 

20% Identifying and researching potential customers and plan calls.

Sales Reporting:

20% Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and sales appointments, using our CRM system.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential leads using various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales tools.
  • Educate prospects on the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services.
  • Follow up with prospect to answer questions, provide additional information and overcome objections. 
  • Increase sales by regularly contacting accounts and identifying opportunities to sell our products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Business Support team to meet customer needs.
  • Give product presentations to customers.
  • Keep track of customer interactions in our CRM system and update management regularly.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold our core values.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of direct sales experience. Experience in the uniform, apparel, or related industry preferred, but not required.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Proficiency in computer skills, including using email, word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM software.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to work well in a team and share best practices.

Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting of 10 Lbs or less (less than 5% of the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist, none above shoulders. Must be able to do desk work, which includes computer work for extended periods of time. The role requires extensive use of the telephone. 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
