Owns end-to-end development and support of the Sage 300 ERP ecosystem, including customizations, .NET and Python applications, legacy VB6 maintenance, third-party integrations, SQL Server database design and optimization, reporting, and BI solutions. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, contributes to architecture, mentors junior developers, improves processes, documents solutions, and resolves production issues.

The Inside Sales Associate develops and maintains customer relationships, researches leads, conducts cold outreach and email campaigns, presents products, manages orders, follows up with prospects, and meets sales targets. The role requires accurate CRM activity tracking, sales reporting, customer education, objection handling, and collaboration with the Business Support team. This is a hybrid position based in Poway, with office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Leads corporate tax affairs, including GAAP tax provisions, tax returns, financial disclosures, tax projections, journal entries, transfer pricing, tax research, policies, and audit management. Partners with accounting teams and external tax professionals, implements tax software, supports shareholder tax filings, and advises leadership on significant tax matters.
