Our team is a group of generalists dedicated to building a pipeline for Cisco solutions. We focus on prospecting and qualifying leads to support our account teams, handling low-complexity sales in an agile and structured way. Your Impact

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs through phone, email, and social media. You’ll be a great partner, track every interaction in our CRM, and help set up strategic meetings so our account teams can take the lead on promising opportunities. As you grow,  you’ll deepen your knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio and help turn potential leads into real results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0- 3 years of experience
  • Ability to follow standardized sales processes and tools.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Strong curiosity about learning about Cisco solutions and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for initial customer outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with email sequencing and pipeline forecasting tools.
  • Previous knowledge in a sales or customer-facing support role.
  • Ability to analyze data to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Proactive perspective to engage with peers and internal resources to grow your expertise.
