As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for small business owners looking to take the next step in their growth journey. What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service, sales or contact centre environment, with phone-based experience preferred but not essential.
  • Confidence communicating with customers across phone, email and SMS.
  • A track record of achieving goals, targets or delivering strong customer outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and uncover customer needs.
  • A genuine passion for helping small businesses succeed.
