Own and grow a territory-based portfolio of broker and referral partners. The role also involves reviewing credit reports, ASIC searches, secured lending opportunities, and financial documents while collaborating with management, sales, and business owners.

Build and manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines for small-business lending solutions. Develop trusted relationships with business owners, understand their goals, handle objections, recommend consultative funding solutions, maintain accurate records and compliance, and consistently achieve sales targets in a high-volume phone-based environment.

Lead operational risk and control assessments across critical processes, strengthen the enterprise control framework and library, identify control gaps, and drive remediation with stakeholders. Design and execute control testing and first-line assurance, report control effectiveness to senior leaders, and embed risk management into business and technology change initiatives within a fast-paced fintech environment.
