As a Salesforce & Systems Administrator at Prospa, you will be managing and optimizing the usage of Salesforce, Vonage/Telephony, DocuSign, and ZenDesk. You will oversee system design, user management, technical support, and configuration of system integrations to drive operational efficiency gains.
Support the employee lifecycle through coordination and management of People processes and programs. Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, system administration, benefits coordination, and WHS activities. Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
