Position Overview:
This role will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and driving growth through strategic outreach efforts. This person will play a critical role in the sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up discovery calls to expand business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound email campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Utilize tools such as MS Dynamics CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Nooks or Aircall to research and engage prospects
- Set up and schedule discovery calls with potential clients
- Execute cold calling efforts to connect with potential leads and introduce our services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities, contacts and outcomes in MS Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and engagement
Qualifications:
- Someone who has researched and has an understanding of Enhesa, our services, and our value proposition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar role
- Proficiency with tools mentioned in the responsibilities section
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable cold calling, engaging with potential clients, and motivated to generate new business
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong outbound SDR experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Rate: 10 to 12 USD per hour (depends on experience)
Bonus: $1,320 is the full OTE (uncapped), this would be split into 4 quarterly payments of $330 and would be based on performance against quota as per the standard BDE model
Working Hours: Required to work 40 hours per week either on US EST or UK hours. For this role our preference would be UK hours.
