White Label Agency (WLA) provides white label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US.
Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ WordPress Professionals. 

We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will support outbound sales activities by communicating directly with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring prospects stay engaged throughout the early sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has a strong motivation to succeed in sales, and wants to grow within an international B2B environment.

Business language: English (no Swedish required)
Position type: On-site, part-time, Monday–Friday
Working hours: 17:00-22:00
Reports to: Outbound Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach to potential customers
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the account management team
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, marketing, and administration, to collect accurate and up-to-date information regarding WLA’s services, processes, and offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system
  • Support outbound campaigns and assist in executing sales outreach strategies
  • Re-engage old leads and customers when requested
  • Collaborate closely with the Outbound Sales Specialist to ensure smooth communication with prospects
  • Ensure timely responses to incoming inquiries and follow-ups
  • Stay updated with industry trends to better understand customer needs

Qualifications

  • Strong motivation to work in sales and communicate with people daily
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Confidence in making calls and initiating conversations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is a plus
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
