About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be an essential part of our sales team, driving lead generation and helping us expand our footprint across Texas. If you’re energetic, curious about technology, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in our growth by setting up qualified meetings for our sales team through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospects, keeping them engaged and informed until they’re ready to take the next step.
  • HubSpot Management: Keep track of all your sales activities in real-time using HubSpot—because if it’s not logged, it didn’t happen!
  • Professional Development: Continually enhance your knowledge of Uprite’s offerings, mastering the skills needed to communicate our value effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales development.
  • Proven success in cold calling and generating qualified leads.
  • Passion for technology and process improvement.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
