The Sr. System Support Analyst provides end user support, hardware and server support, and ensures documentation maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing client servers, and supporting applications and hardware installations.

Serve as the primary technical contact for a defined set of MSP clients: run regular reviews, build roadmaps and budgets, recommend and coordinate security/infrastructure improvements, manage account sales pipeline in ConnectWise Manage, support onboarding and pre-sales, and escalate and resolve client issues.

Own day-to-day success for a defined book of MSP clients: run recurring client meetings and Business Technology Reviews, build technology roadmaps and budgets, identify and propose risk-reducing solutions, manage onboarding and pre-sales assessments, own account sales pipeline in ConnectWise Manage, and escalate/resolve service or billing issues.

Hunt and generate new IT services business across Dallas–Fort Worth through prospecting, networking, events and inbound lead management. Qualify opportunities, manage deals from contact to close, coordinate technical assessments and handoffs, and maintain CRM records while meeting sales and activity targets.
