Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building top-of-funnel sales pipeline for the sales team by sourcing and qualifying business prospects
- Manage a high volume of activity, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with the goal of generating pipeline with qualified prospects
- Use data-driven strategies to identify and engage the right personas within target accounts
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other SDRs to align messaging, share learnings, and improve conversion rates
- Experiment and iterate to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions that clearly communicate Rezolve Ai’s value
- Provide insights on market response and prospect feedback to help shape messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Accurately manage and maintain lead data in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools to ensure reporting integrity and pipeline visibility
Skills you already have
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a related prospecting role
- A proven track record of success generating pipeline and hitting performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with enterprise personas
- A passion for AI, SaaS, and solving real-world enterprise problems
- Curious and coachable with a drive to continuously improve and grow professionally
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Amplemarket, Parallel Dialing, multi-domain/multi-mailbox campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and other modern sales tech stack tools
- Experience with Conversational Ai, Site Search & Recommendations is a plus
- Spanish & Portuguese language capabilities is a plus
