  • Logs activities accurately and stays organized in Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Works closely with marketing to keep messaging sharp, relevant, and human

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B prospecting, appointment setting, or sales experience
  • High emotional intelligence, you read the room, listen well, and adapt fast
  • Grit and drive, you don’t fold after a bad call or a tough week
  • Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • A conversational, consultative style (not scripted, not pushy)
  • Curiosity for uncovering pain points and offering tailored solutions
  • Comfort using CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A self-driven, coachable mindset and a strong team-first attitude
