Job Description
- You make contact with potential business customers at decision-maker level
- you represent our company to the outside world and are therefore the figurehead of our team.
- You will identify the individual needs and challenges of our challenges of our customers both in telephone conversations, via e-mail or via social business media and recognize the potential for new project.
- You maintain all relevant data in our CRM system and qualify your leads for further processing.
- You will be in close contact with our account management and the marketing team to drive customer projects forward together.

- Du nimmst Kontakt zu potenziellen Geschäftskunden auf Entscheiderebene auf repräsentierst unser Unternehmen nach außen und bist somit das Aushängeschild von unserem Team.
- Dabei identifizierst du die individuellen Bedarfe und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden sowohl bei Telefongesprächen, via Mail oder auch per Social Business Media und erkennst das Potential für neue Projekte.
- Du pflegst alle relevanten Daten in unserem CRM-System und qualifizierst deine Leads zur weiteren Bearbeitung.
- Du stehst im engen Austausch mit unserem Account Management und dem Marketing Team, um Kundenprojekte gemeinsam voranzutreiben.
Qualifications
- You have a degree or similar qualification through a completed apprenticeship and ideally have initial experience experience in the field of Cold Calling.
- You are fit in dealing with Microsoft Teams, feel comfortable in virtual teams, have CRM user experience and impress with your IT affinity.
- You enjoy contact with IT decision-makers and can convince them with your strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You speak fluent German and ideally English.

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Dialogmarketing oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung und hast Interesse an IT und SAP.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit Microsoft Teams, fühlst dich in virtuellen Teams wohl, hast CRM-Anwendererfahrungen und überzeugst durch deine IT-Affinität.
- Du hast Spaß am Kontakt mit IT-Entscheidern und kannst diese mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke, sowohl schriftlich als auch gesprochen, überzeugen.
- Du spricht fließend Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch.
