Job Description

  • You make contact with potential business customers at decision-maker level
  • you represent our company to the outside world and are therefore the figurehead of our team.
  • You will identify the individual needs and challenges of our challenges of our customers both in telephone conversations, via e-mail or via social business media and recognize the potential for new project.
  • You maintain all relevant data in our CRM system and qualify your leads for further processing.
  • You will be in close contact with our account management and the marketing team to drive customer projects forward together.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree or similar qualification through a completed apprenticeship and ideally have initial experience experience in the field of Cold Calling.
  • You are fit in dealing with Microsoft Teams, feel comfortable in virtual teams, have CRM user experience and impress with your IT affinity.
  • You enjoy contact with IT decision-makers and can convince them with your strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • You speak fluent German and ideally English.

  • Du spricht fließend Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch.
