What You’ll Do (but not limited to):
- Receive and evaluate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Qualify and convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Successfully hand these leads off to Account Executives to create the pipeline that fuels new business generation
- Conduct outreach to warm and cold leads email, phone calls, Linkedin and more
- Create and personalize email outreach sequences and call scripts
- Partner with SDR Managers and Account Executives to develop outreach strategies
Your Qualifications:
- Quick learner, capable of digesting both technical product knowledge and complex process requirements
- Self-starter and hard worker with an entrepreneurial work ethic
- Inquisitive mind, desire to learn and hunger for constructive feedback
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the JumpCloud organization as well as our prospective customers
- Written and spoken English proficiency required
- This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office) and your physical presence is required in our workspace
- 1 year of professional experience preferred but not required (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.)
