The Challenge Ahead
CloudTalk is strategically expanding its presence in Tier 1 markets, with a primary focus on accelerating growth in the US. Currently, 20% of our company's ARR is derived from the US region, and we're poised to significantly increase this share.
To achieve this goal, we've assembled a high-impact team in Toronto dedicated to tapping into the US market's potential. Our Toronto team is now expanding and we're on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
As an SDR, you will be collaborating with our international team of 40 sales professionals located across Europe and the Americas, your primary responsibility will be connecting with clients in the designated region and showcasing the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.
You'll be at the forefront of our growth engine, serving as the initial point of contact for inbound prospects. Your mission? Make an indelible first impression and forge meaningful relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solution can address their challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is not required, but the ideal candidate will bring some sales or customer support experience to the table. You are driven by targets and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where hitting KPIs is the norm.

What you will work on:
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our dynamic sales and marketing teams to convert inbound leads in your region, contributing to our collective success.
- Consultative Selling: Engage in a consultative sales process, helping prospects identify and understand solutions tailored specifically to their needs.
- Customer Education: Be the go-to expert, educating potential customers on CloudTalk's unique value proposition.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff and optimized sales pipeline.
- CRM Mastery: Efficiently capture, manage, and track lead information using our HubSpot CRM system, keeping our data clean and actionable.
