- Prospecting, including industry events, networking, partner relations, cold calling, etc
- Building relationships with prospective clients and guiding them through the qualification process
- Provide prospective clients with valuable and timely insights leveraging IGEN’s subject matter experts
- Collaborate closely with other sales team members to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up
- Accountable for generating demand (leads) to achieve and/or exceed the deal creation quota
- Update and maintain CRM database and provide accurate reports reflecting lead status
- Relentless learning of our clients, the competitive landscape, IGEN value proposition and IGEN’s platform
- Continuously learn and develop professionally

- Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization
- Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures
