As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers. You’ll reach out to companies across different industries to introduce Mapon’s fleet management and asset-tracking solutions.
Your mission: generate high-quality leads, book meetings with potential clients, and support the Growth and Sales teams in growing our presence in the Danish market.
💼 What you’ll do:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Irish market
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations
- Schedule and book meetings with potential clients for our Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the Growth team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve sales approaches and product positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report activities
- Native English and excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (ideally B2B SaaS, but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Curious and coachable — you’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow in sales
- Resilient — you’re not afraid of rejection and know how to bounce back with energy
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.)
💰 Base salary from 2700 EUR / Gross + bonus (monthly)
