Key responsibilities ✨
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events)
- Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt’s unique ROI.
- Handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
- Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.
About you 🧑🚀
- High-level education, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience (ideally 1+ year) in a fast-paced environment such as sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
- On a native level in both German and French, as you will be responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification across both the DACH and French markets.
- Professional level in English, to communicate effectively within our international European team.
- Strong command with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.
- Strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.
