Our platform leverages advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to accurately forecast energy demand on both the supply (power & utilities companies) and demand (large energy users) sides of the market. The Impact

You will be the first point of contact for our future clients ensuring they are 100% satisfied with their Amperon experience. This starts with the first email or phone call. Amperon serves electricity markets in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Compensation includes a competitive base and unlimited commission upside in a market desperate for our solution. This is an Account Executive track position.

The problems you’ll solve 

  • Identify high-potential businesses and conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads for Persona in assigned territory.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with Persona’s products
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication, delivering exceptional service, and build relationships to create interest and generate sales opportunities
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and update Hubspot.

You may be a fit for this role if

You have 1-3 years of work experience ideally in the energy or power markets industry with a track record of top performance. Openness to internalize feedback, build on prior experience, and demonstrate improvement. Drive and grit — a strong desire to compete and win, while being a highly collaborative team player. You are highly motivated, efficient and a clear communicator who accepts nothing less than your highest-level performance and is passionate about Amperon’s vision.

This role is budgeted for: Base $50,000- $80,000 EUR plus uncapped commission. London preferred but can work remotely in Europe pending experience.
