The Role

 

As we accelerate our growth at emnify, we are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Berlin. 

The SDR at emnify will partner with marketing and sales enablement resources to build pipelines and source new opportunities in the allocated territory. The key responsibility is expanding our customer base by prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity creation. 

 

  • Qualify and contact potential customers within a specific region 
  • Set appointments for Account Executives and follow up on generated leads  
  • Track progress toward meeting your personal and sales goals 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets 
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales enablement tooling to manage your leads and many sales activities 
  • Update your knowledge of market trends, emnify’s competitors, and Telco IoT industry developments 

  

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and evolving market conditions, demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the IoT world 
  • Willingness to learn and understand sales processes and technology stacks (Hubspot, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Ask Nicely, DocuSign) 
  • Eagerness to build and maintain robust client relationships and negotiate effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty  
  • Effective communication to express ideas and messages clearly, adapting it to different audiences, and ensuring understanding 
  • Ability to work independently while multi-tasking while prioritizing and organizing your time and work appropriately  
  • Resilience for outbound calling and list-building
