The Inside Channel Development Representative is responsible for enabling and supporting non-managed partners by providing timely, high-quality assistance across licensing, product inquiries, and partner program engagement. This role acts as a key point of contact for partners interacting with Veeam, ensuring a smooth experience and driving long-term collaboration within the partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Do- Provide reactive support to non-managed partners within defined SLAs (48 hours), including licensing and product-related inquiries
- Assist partners in progressing and closing Veeam deals
- Support onboarding by enrolling and activating new partners in the Veeam ProPartner Network
- Collaborate with Distribution Managers and internal teams to efficiently manage partner requests
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of Veeam products and their value for partners
- Promote adoption of the ProPartner Portal and Partner University
- Support partner engagement initiatives, including reactivation campaigns and outreach activities
- Keep partners informed about Veeam promotions, updates, and news
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, messaging, phone)
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
