RentEngine is transforming how property managers lease homes - with faster lead response, built-in AI, and automation that replaces manual leasing work across calls, follow-ups, and lead handling. We’re growing ~10% month over month as operators move off slow, fragmented tools.

We’re looking for an SDR who can run a disciplined outbound motion, qualify hard, and generate meetings that actually convert. This is not a volume role. You’ll work closely with sales team and be measured on judgment, not activity.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning outbound execution across a defined set of target accounts

  • Identifying the right decision-makers and operators within each account

  • Running structured, multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn)

  • Qualifying accounts tightly before booking meetings

  • Booking meetings AEs agree are worth taking

  • Maintaining clean CRM notes and clear account context

  • Killing weak accounts early instead of forcing meetings

What Success Looks Like
  • First 30 days: Learn the ICP, messaging, and outbound motion

  • Days 30–60: Independently booking qualified meetings across target accounts

  • Post-60 days: Consistent, high-quality pipeline with strong AE conversion

  • Ongoing: Low meeting volume, high show rate, strong downstream close rates

You’re a Fit If
  • You have prior outbound SDR experience (SaaS preferred)

  • You’re comfortable working a finite, named account list

  • You know when to push + when to disqualify

  • You think in terms of account strategy, not just tasks

  • You’re direct with feedback and don’t take it personally

  • Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required

Compensation
  • $70k base

  • ~$100k–$110k OTE based on qualified meetings and downstream performance
