The Sales Desk Manager at Elder Ford of Tampa leads our sales team to ensure sales targets and exceptional customer service are achieved. This role is responsible for training, cross-training, and developing all sales staff while creating a seamless Ford customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure sales goals are met and exceeded
- Manage daily activity and training of sales staff
- Ensure all sales associates engage with customers and deliver the signature Ford experience
- Coach and develop sales staff for continuous improvement
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotions
- Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking
Qualifications- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- CDK Experience a Plus!
- 3+ years of Ford Sales Manager Experience
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

- Proven track record with exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- CDK experience
