Job Description

Job Summary

Our Sales and Design Consultants are the keepers of our most important relationships and joy-makers who believe there is real purpose in helping others design better lives, where they are free to focus on what matters most.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our clients to create closets and storage solutions customized to their needs during in-home consultations and in our design showrooms. This is sales position that sells the designs you create.

We will get you started with the design training and tools you need for success. From there, your opportunity for growth is virtually unlimited: It all comes down to you, with our full support along the way.

What Will You Do?

• Manage all facets of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through final installation
• Design solutions that inspire and meet client needs using proprietary CAD software to complete design specifications
• Develop ongoing client relationships
• Maintain an ongoing consultation schedule through company and independently generated leads
• Stay updated and understand industry trends that include organization, fashion, and interior design
• Build relationships with clients and potential clients through networking
• Work Design Showroom shifts as scheduled by management

Qualifications

What You Need

• Prior sales experience
• Passion for organization, design, and helping people
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A desire to learn, grow, and build relationships with customers
• Ability to work with computer software and to learn CAD programs
• Valid Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent
