The Role
We are currently recruiting the newly created role of Sales Data Analyst within our Strategic Growth & Analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will support our sales team by delivering actionable insights and enabling efficient, well-governed sales operations through data analysis, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Your responsibilities will include –
- Sales analytics and insights generation by leveraging data, technology tools and AI to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, growth areas, and performance drivers.
- Reporting and dashboard development that enable visibility and decision making.
- Provision of support in the effectiveness and governance of core sales processes.
- Provision of support in sales planning, performance reviews, and operational cadences.
- Maintenance of CRM data integrity and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Actively cross collaborate with other functional teams including finance, marketing, and operations.
About You
Ideally you will display –
- Demonstrated experience in a Data or Analyst focused role relating to sales, commercial operations, or sales.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills including the use of pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation.
- Data visualisation and reporting experience with specific experience in tools like Power BI preferred.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly
