Please note that this is a 12-month VIE contract starting from 01/02/2024 which is only open to EU nationals under 29 years old.
The VIE will be in charge of Sales Analysis and Business Development for Pernod Ricard Austria. You will be the internal advisory function for management, marketing and sales within the framework of the annual business planning with regard to category potentials, and will be reporting to the Sales Director.
Your key missions
- Internal advisory function for management, sales and marketing within the framework of the collaborative business planning with regards to category, brands and channel potentials, in order to drive profitable growth
- Develop Sales category analysis and analyse Pernod Ricard’s performance against the competition
- Preparation, coordination and minutes of the Sales Forecasting & Demand Review meeting. This monthly meeting involves the management of all departments of the company and is a main pillar of the Collaborative Business Planning
- Identify competitive and regulatory developments
- Regular analysis and reporting of market data based on various sources (Nielsen, IWSR, customer-specific tools and data), as well as derivation of growth and marketing strategies
- Provide customer specific analysis and deep dives for yearly negotiations (distribution & promotion analysis) and identification of growth potentials
- Development of strategic sales and category management projects
- Ensuring a functional CRM tool for sales management in terms of securing and conceptual further development of sales reporting
- Establishment and further development of reporting for continuous tracking of customer performance for KAM & Field Force

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration
- First practical experience (1-2 years) in revenue growth management, sales analytics, trade marketing, category management or key account management, ideally in the FMCG environment
- Fluency in English, fluency in German would be a plus.
