FOX21 News and SOCO CW are looking for a Sales & Creative Assistant who is organized, creative, and excited to learn new technology. This role supports our sales and creative teams by helping produce commercials, coordinate community partnerships, and assist with marketing initiatives.
FOX21/SOCO CW is part of Nexstar Media Group, the largest local television broadcaster in the United States, with more than 200 stations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize Waymark, our AI-powered commercial production platform, to help create advertising spots for clients
- Support Account Executives with sales presentations and marketing initiatives
- Help coordinate community events, station promotions, and trade partnerships
- Serve as a liaison for community and station events/initiatives between sales, news, and creative teams
- Support the team with front desk coverage and general administrative tasks as needed to help keep station operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Interest in video editing, marketing, or creative production
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and computer systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinker who enjoys problem solving
- Previous media experience a plus, but not required
Experience with editing software or creative tools is a plus, but training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
$18.00/hour base pay + commission
Total earnings potential up to $40,000 annually
