Technology Networks (a LabX Media Group Company) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a small but vibrant sales team.
The successful candidate will support staff across three brands – Technology Networks, The Scientist and Drug Discovery News, will be highly organised and will also be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as possessing good computer skills {MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint}.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year of experience in sales support preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
  • Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance is an asset
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary focus will be to provide result reports to clients, along with being the main point of contact for pay-per-lead promotions for Technology Networks, The Scientist & Drug Discovery News
  • Results for eNewsletter and Featured Article promotions for Technology Networks
  • Banner, product and video content uploading to the Technology Networks website, and the pulling of results for these promotions
  • Cover for all results and media plans across Technology Networks
  • Chase list for eNewsletters
  • Working closely with the Sales and eMarketing teams
  • Maintaining client communication
  • Data cleansing

This position is available within the UK Head Office. This position is open to all candidates who are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support
  • Experience in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
  • Experience with digital and print advertising operations (scheduling, tracking, reporting)
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of Excel (data handling and reporting)
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines quickly and accurately
  • Customer-focused with strong customer service and client communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills
