About the Role:

The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to a global advertising sales team. This position is responsible for reporting, maintaining data compliance, streamlining processes and offering technical assistance. The Sales Coordinator collaborates closely with sales colleagues to ensure smooth operational processes, uphold high customer service standards and facilitate revenue generation through timely and reliable administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer access issues are resolved quickly.

·       Work with a global sales team to provide complete sales administrative support including deal creation, sales invoicing, customer liaison, payment chasing and reporting.

·       Act as a first point of contact for customers by managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.

·       Maintain accurate data and reporting across systems such as Salesforce and Power BI.

·       Help ensure deals progress smoothly from enquiry through to invoicing and payment.

Required Qualifications:

·       A university degree or relevant experience.

·       Prior experience in a sales administration or customer service role.

·       Experience with a CRM.

·       High proficiency in MS Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including spreadsheet creation and manipulation.

·       Data analysis skills and a logical approach to problem solving.

·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·       Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.

·       Ability to multitask and manage various projects independently.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of colleagues and customers and able to work with cross-functional teams.

·       Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment and prioritize competing demands.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Knowledge of Salesforce.

·       Knowledge of Power BI.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Salary Range:

25,353 GBP to 31,384 GBP #LI-MS1
