 As a Sales Coordinator based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Processing orders and quotes for customers

  • Being the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and via email, dealing with queries, including invoice queries

  • Following up with customers to see how their projects are going, ensuring items have been delivered and that there are no issues

  • General administration duties

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm

  • Strong communication skills both internally with the team and externally with customers

  • To be comfortable and confident picking up the phone a busy office and making calls to customers regularly

  • To be able to drive to the office, public transport links are limited

  • Administration experience is desirable
