Support shipping sales by entering auto-ratings and charges, resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal departments, reporting booking and gate/EIR figures to terminals and partners, and preparing vessel schedules and customer notices.

  • Actively help customers to solve problems and coordinate between other dept.
  • Accurately present the booking figures to terminal office and partner.
  • Proactively check the EIR/gate in figure and report to manager/ sales.

Requirements
  • College degree or above
  • More than 1 years sales/CSR experience in shipping industry
  • Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English
  • Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications
  • Self-confidence and appropriate appearance and ability to make clear statements/presentations
