ObjectivesThe Sales Coordinator supports the domestic sales team by assisting with sales-related activities and materials. This role focuses on processing sales data and coordinating logistics for events and campaigns within a single-country scope. The Sales Coordinator will follow established procedures to ensure efficient sales operations. This position contributes to the sales team's overall success by providing essential support and maintaining accurate information. The role requires clear communication and collaboration within the team.
Summary of Responsibilities
· Assist the sales team with the development and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and shop materials.
· Coordinate sales planning, forecasting, and seasonal reporting activities.
· Process sales data and generate reports to support sales analysis and planning.
· Coordinate logistics for local fairs, events, and conferences, including travel arrangements and material preparation.
· Support the implementation of sales campaigns by ensuring the sales team has the necessary information and materials.
· Maintain accurate price lists, assortment data, and customer-specific information in relevant systems.
· Support the Sales Team in interaction and cooperation with Customers in order to build knowledge about the market and customer needs.
· Contribute to sales-related projects by assisting with proposals and agreements.
· Escalate exceptions to established procedures to the Sales Manager for resolution, operating within team guidelines.
· Support CRM implementation and partner data administration.
· Provide first-line support on Sales related topics for end customers when needed.
