Responsibilities:
- Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
- Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers
- Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
- Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
- Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
- Handle any additional special projects as needed
- Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople
- Additional administrative tasks as seen fit
- Keep up to date and accurate records
- Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
- Ability to multi-task on technical issues
- Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
- Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience
- Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Professionalism
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
- Able to manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

The pay range for this position is
$26.32 to $31.57Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
